I am a craft cocktail style bartender and enthusiast. I have worked in restaurants for the majority of my life and have had the privilege to learn from highly respected veterans in the industry. I’ve found one of the best feelings in the world is to create something that makes you feel good, whether that be a song, an excellent meal, a work of art, or even a refreshing cocktail that elevates your mood. Moving to St. Croix to pursue my trade opened up an amazing opportunity. After getting acquainted with MUTINY Island Vodka I fell in love with it very quickly and have replaced many clear liquors in my cocktails. This swiss army knife of a spirit works well as an alternative for any rum, gin, vodka, cachaça, or tequila based beverage. Working with this product is a privilege, and is fast becoming an exciting hobby even in my free time. I stand by this Island Vodka and all of the great things it has to offer to our community, the world, and especially your palate! I highly recommend tasting one of these unique cocktails.

The Blood Moon

2.0 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

1.0 Fresh lime juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.25 oz raspberry puree (1-2 berries)

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

0.5 oz egg white (1 egg)

1. Shake vigorously and double strain

2. Add an angostura bitters swirl on top and enjoy!

The Cucumber Mutini

2.0 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

1 Dash of lime juice

1/4 oz elder flower liqueur

1/4 oz simple syrup

Fresh muddled cucumber

1. Shake it up and enjoy!


Mutiny Island Sour

2 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

1 oz lime juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

1 Egg white

1. Shake it up and then shake it some more!

2. Don't forget to swirl your favorite bitters on top for a little pizazz


The Mutant

1.5 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

0.75 oz lime juice

0.75 oz lemongrass syrup

3 dash celery bitters

4-5 mint leaves torn in half

1. Shake and strain into coupe

2. Garnish with mint leaf (Slap it!)


Kiwi Clipser

1.5 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

0.5 oz simple syrup

Squeeze lime wedge and add

4-5 basil leaves torn in half

3-4 pieces kiwi

1. Shake

2. Pour all contents into rocks glass


The Mutiny of the Daiquiri

1.5 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

0.75 oz lime juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

1. Shake and strain into coupe

2. Garnish lime zest with microplane



2.0 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

Dash olive or pickle juice

3-4 dash jalapeno tabasco

Bloody mary mixmix

1. Toss, never shake


Passion Fruit Parley 

2.0 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

0.5 lime juice

Bar spoon of fresh passion fruit

0.5 jalapeno simple syrup  

2 mint leaves torn

2 basil leaves torn

1. Shake

2. Pour all contents into rocks glass


Island Sour

1.5 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

1.0 oz carambola sour mix (1 part starfruit/0.5 part lemon/0.25 part lime)

0.75 oz guava syrup

0.5 oz egg white (1 egg)

2 dash orange bitters

1. Shake vigorously, look for tin deformation

2. Double strain into coupe

3. Garnish with tiki or angostura bitters swirl and flower


Grapefruit Mutini

2.0 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

0.25 oz cointreau/grand marnier

0.25 oz lime juice

1.5 oz ruby red grapefruit

1. Salt rim of martini glass

2. Shake and strain

3. Garnish with a lime wheel


My Old Tai

2.0 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

1 oz fresh orange juice

1 oz fresh pineapple juice

0.5 oz amaretto

0.5 oz cointreau or grand marnier

0.25 oz grenadine

0.25 oz cinnamon simple syrup

Zaya or Rhum Barbancourt

1. Shake and strain onto crushed ice in a tall tiki glass

2. Float Zaya or Rhum Barbancourt

3. Garnish with lime wheel, cherry, umbrella, crazy straw and any other fun things you can fit

An Island Ting

2 oz Mutiny Island Vodka

4 oz Grapefruit Ting

Lime Wedge

1. Add ingredients to a rocks glass, add ice. 

2. Garnish with lime.


Mutiny of the Pain Killer

2.5 oz MUTINY Island Vodka

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz orange juice

1 oz Coco Lopez (or fresh coconut milk)

 freshly grated nutmeg.

1. All ingredients in a shaker with ice and give it an island shake. 

2. Pour into glass. 

3. Grate whole nutmeg on top. 

4. Say goodbye to rum.


Mutiny Island Mule

2.5 oz MUTINY Island Vodka

juice of half of a lime

5 oz ginger beer

0.5 oz Falernum (optional).

1. Fill a copper mug with ice

2. Squeeze lime half into cup and toss in the spent wedge as well

3. Add all other ingredients and briefly stir.


Island Cosmo

2 oz MUTINY Island Vodka

0.5 oz simple syrup

0.25 oz lime juice

1 oz strong brewed hibiscus tea

orange twist.

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker

2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for ten seconds

3. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.


Hot Bana

2 oz MUTINY Island Vodka

1 oz habanero syrup

1 oz OJ, 

5 oz lime juice

0.5 oz lemon juice.

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker. 

2. Dry shake for 15 seconds. 

3. Salt and citric acid rim a rocks glass, fill with ice. 

4. Pour over ice, garnish with lime.
